GETTING THE MOST OUT OF YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Please check in at the All Blacks Experience Front Desk, Level 4, 88 Federal Street, SkyCity Precinct, Auckland, at least 10 minutes before your tour.
  • All Blacks Experience is a 45 minute guided experience followed by an interactive zone. We recommend allowing 1 to 1.5 hours.
  • All Blacks Experience is interactive. We recommend flat soled casual shoes or trainers.
  • Enjoy our retail store located alongside the All Blacks Experience.
  • Toilets and baby change facilities are all available on Level 4a.
  • If you have any special accessibility needs, we will do our best to assist you. Please contact our customer service team in advance.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • IMPORTANT: You will need to present the credit card used to purchase your tickets to gain entry on the day. This helps us to prevent fraudulent activity. If your tickets were a gift, please let our customer service team know in advance.
  • Tours depart promptly at the scheduled time. We are unable to provide a refund if you are late or simply miss your tour.
  • Photography and video are prohibited during the guided All Blacks Experience. You are welcome to take photos and video in the “Step Up” and retail areas.
  • Parents, for the comfort of other visitors, please ensure your children are supervised at all times.

'WIN THE ULTIMATE ALL BLACKS EXPERIENCE' COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  1. The Promotion, ‘Win the ultimate All Blacks family experience’ , is offered by All Blacks Experience (the Promoter) of Level 4, 88 Federal Street, Auckland 1010.
  2. The Promotion commences at 9am on 1 June 2023 and concludes at 11:59am on Friday 30 June 2023 (Promotional Period). No entries will be accepted outside of the Promotion Period.
  3. The prize will be drawn at 10.00am Monday 3 July 2023 and winners will be notified by phone or email.
  4. The Promotion: Buy an All Blacks Experience family pass in June 2023 and go in the draw to win 1 Ultimate family package: including 4 tickets to the All Blacks Captain’s Run Friday 14th July & 4 tickets to the All Blacks Vs South Africa test match Saturday 15th July, both at Mt Smart Stadium
  5. How to Enter: entry into the promotion is via:
    1. experienceallblacks.com, buy 1 of 3 family pass options an automatically go in the draw to win the ultimate All Blacks family experience
  6. Each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that the decisions of the Promoter on all matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. The prize does not include travel, flights and/or accommodation, and winner must make their own way to & from the venue on both days.
  8. If for any reason the promoter is unable to fulfil any / all of the prize elements, best endeavours will be made to offer alternative to similar value. 
  9. The Promoter reserves the right, and by their entry into the Promotion each entrant consents to the Promoter exercising this right, to validate and check the authenticity of entries.
  10. If a Prize Winner/s cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the prize draw, the Prize will be forfeited and a further random prize draw from among the remaining eligible entries will take place 48 hours after prior selection.
  11. The Prize is not redeemable for cash, exchangeable, or transferable. The Promoter will use its best endeavours to provide the Prize.
  12. If for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, for reasons including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures of any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, extreme weather events, pandemic or extreme circumstances beyond the promoters control - the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate this Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any claims arising out of or in connection with any suspension, modification or termination, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  13. Incomplete, inaccurate or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility by the Promoter is accepted for non-receipt for any reason of an entry.
  14. Any cancellation, suspension or modification to the Promotion will be notified on the Promotion website www.experienceallblacks.com
  15. The Prize Winner/s must be willing to have his or her full name and image shared publicly as part of any marketing and PR promotion by the Promoter and its partners after accepting the Prize, and the Prize Winner/s shall not receive any additional compensation in respect of this. This includes but is not limited to social media, event and team websites and media releases.
  16. Information collected pursuant to the Promotion from entrants will be handled in accordance with all applicable laws in New Zealand, including the Privacy Act, and will be subject to the Promoter's Privacy Policy available at www.experienceallblacks.com. All entrants' details will only be held for the purposes of this Promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purposes of processing and conducting the Promotion) unless the entrants have opt in to the promoters database subscription. By entering the Promotion, entrants’ consent to the use of their personal information as described.
  17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand and each entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

  • All Blacks Experience tours cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offer in the market.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel or amend an existing booking, please contact us on reservations@experienceallblacks.com with your booking reference and full name. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

If guests cancel within 24 hours of experience departure, they are not entitled to a refund. Where guests are entitled to a refund, the refund will be made to the same credit card that was used to confirm the booking.

For group reservations (defined as 10+ paid passengers):

  • Final group numbers required 30 days prior to date of experience departure
  • Up to 30 days prior to the date of experience departure the booking agent may amend or cancel a reservation and is entitled to a full refund
  • Up to 7 days prior to the date of experience departure the booking agent may amend or cancel a reservation and is entitled to a 50% refund
  • If cancellation is made within 7 days of the date of experience departure, no refund will be available.

We are unable to guarantee we can accommodate any amendments, or a change in number of guests, within 14 days of your experience.

PAYMENT TERMS

The name of the business that will appear on your bank/credit card statements will be All Blacks Experience Limited Partnership. Your account will be charged in New Zealand Dollars.

Direct bookings will be only confirmed when full payment has been received.
