How many letters can I include in my name?

You can include up to 12 letters in your name. Latin letters, digits, macrons and minor punctuation are allowed. 

What font is used?

The font used is "Adineue" in upper case only. Please note this is a plain font and will differ from the font you see on the All Blacks playing jerseys. 

What if the fit isn't right?

Please choose your personalised jersey carefully as there are strictly no exchanges or refunds on personalised items. Check out our size guide before purchase to ensure best fit. 

Can I order a personalised jersey online?

Unfortunately you can't but we would love to see you in the retail store located level 4, 88 Federal Street, Sky City Precinct.

How much does it cost?

The cost of the jersey may differ depending on the style and size (i.e. infant, youth and adult).

You pay the cost of the jersey as listed, including the personalisation fee. 

Can I purchase a personalised jersey instore without going through the All Blacks Experience?

Yes, you can access our store onsite without paying to go through the All Blacks Experience.

We have a range of the current seasons official jerseys available online for All Blacks fans of all ages. 

Can personalised jerseys be purchased as a gift?

Yes, this makes the perfect gift! Just make sure that you select the size carefully as personalised jerseys cannot be exchanged or returned. You can purchase your personalised jersey in-store or you can give a gift voucher. 

I've paid for my jersey, but I didn't get to personalise it. What have I done wrong?

A link to personalise your jersey will be emailed to you after you complete your purchase. Follow this link to complete and submit your jersey design.
