We have made every effort to ensure colours of products on our website accurately reflect the actual colours of our products. However, as colours display differently on different screens and monitors, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on our website will be completely accurate.


All requested wording for any personalised product must meet our standards prior to printing. We reserve the right to refuse the personalisation service if customers request any words, numbers, symbols or designs that could be considered offensive to other people or conflict with the values associated with the All Blacks Experience brand. This decision is final and no discussions will be entered into.


For personalised products including jerseys, all sales are final and they cannot be returned so please choose wisely. Stock levels do vary so if for some reason your selected product becomes unavailable, even though payment may have been processed, you will receive a full refund. If you would like our assistance, we are happy to help you select an alternative product. Final products will be based off email confirmation of the personalisation selection.

An order made via this site ("order") is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order from you, we will accept this offer by confirming via email that we have received and are processing the order. Subject to stock availability on site at the All Blacks Experience store, orders will be ready for collection no more than 48 hours after the order is placed. Whenever possible, we aim to have orders ready for collection on the same day as the order is placed. If we are experiencing delays, we will take action to contact you to inform you of the delay.


The prices for products listed on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We endeavour to ensure that all prices listed on this site are consistent with the prices offered at our store. We reserve the right to amend or rectify any errors in pricing or product specification within 24 hours of being notified of it or after an order has been processed.


The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the products will pass to you on collection from the All Blacks Experience store.

Gift vouchers for tickets to All Blacks Experience are available to purchase on our website and on premises at the All Blacks Experience. At this stage gift vouchers for tickets can only be redeemed on premises at the experience. All Blacks Experience ticket gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.


If the products are subject to the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ("CGA"), you may have statutory rights and remedies which are not excluded nor limited by the above provisions.


The name of the business that will appear on your bank/credit card statements will be All Blacks Experience Limited Partnership. Your account will be charged in New Zealand Dollars. Direct bookings will be only confirmed when full payment has been received.
