As players who have represented New Zealand in the black jersey, we are honoured to welcome you, your whānau and friends to the All Blacks Experience. 

Our commitment to all current and former players of our teams in Black – the All Blacks, Black Ferns, All Black Sevens, Black Fern Sevens and Māori All Blacks, is to welcome you to the All Blacks Experience as our guest. In addition, we invite you to bring up to five members of your whānau and friends each year as your guests, so that you may share some of your experiences with them.

Which NZ team players can access complimentary ticket benefits?

All current and former players of NZ teams in black (All Blacks, Black Ferns, All Black Sevens, Black Fern Sevens and Māori All Blacks) may access complimentary ticket benefits.

How many complimentary tickets can I access each year?

All current and former players may bring five guests, free of or charge, per year to the All Blacks Experience

Do I have to be there with my family/friends when they use these complimentary tickets?

No you do not have to present when your five complimentary tickets are used, however we need you to make the initial booking and be the contact point to arrange any booking details.

I didn’t use my allocation last year, can I bring more than 5 friends/family this year?

Unfortunately the complimentary tickets won’t be carried over to the following year, but if you have a large group you would like to bring just complete the form with as much information as you can, then one of our friendly team will contact you to make arrangements.

Do I need to show ID to collect my tickets?

If you are going to be with your friends and family when they visit All Blacks Experience, we will ask you to show some ID on arrival. If you won’t be with the group, we will ask you to provide the name of another person in the group, and they will need to show their ID on arrival to collect the tickets

I have used my 5 complimentary tickets for this year but would like to come again, do I still use the player’s order form, or the public All Blacks Experience booking process?

Please use the player's order form. Payment for the tickets will be managed once the form has been submitted.

How many times can I visit the All Blacks Experience?

All current and former players may visit the All Blacks Experience free of charge as many times as they like each year, subject to availability of tour spaces.

I’m not sure of the exact date and time I want to visit the All Blacks Experience, how do I manage this?
