We Welcome Everyone
Rugby belongs to everyone, and so does the All Blacks Experience. We are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where every guest can fully immerse themselves in the mana and mastery of our national game. Our team has carefully designed and tested the experience to ensure everyone has an amazing visit, regardless of physical ability or access needs.
Mobility & Physical Accessibility
We've designed our attraction to ensure smooth and comfortable navigation for all visitors.
Wheelchair & Pram Access
The entire All Blacks Experience is thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests using wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and prams. All floors throughout the experience are level, with no slopes or inclines, allowing for smooth and easy access through every zone. Wheelchair accessibility at the All Blacks Experience is supported by dedicated areas in each zone, ensuring comfortable viewing and participation for all.
Seating & Rest Areas
While our guided tour involves movement through various zones, we have integrated opportunities for rest throughout the experience. Seating is available at key points, allowing guests to pause and relax as needed. Please feel free to speak with your guide if you require assistance or a moment to rest.
Sensory Comfort & Support
We strive to create an engaging environment that is enjoyable for all, while also providing options for those with sensory sensitivities.
Audio & Lighting Effects
The All Blacks Experience features dynamic audio and lighting effects, particularly in the immersive Haka zone, designed to create an authentic and impactful atmosphere. Guests who may have adverse reactions to loud noises or sudden lighting changes are encouraged to speak with their guide prior to the tour. Your guide can provide specific details about upcoming effects and suggest optimal viewing locations.
Hearing Protection
For your comfort and enjoyment, hearing protection is readily available upon request for guests who prefer a quieter experience. This includes young tamariki (children) and babies who may be sensitive to loud noises. Please don't hesitate to ask any member of our team on arrival or during your visit.
Assistance Animals & Carer Support
We are dedicated to ensuring that all necessary support can accompany our guests.
Guide & Assistance Dogs Welcome
We warmly welcome certified Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs to accompany their handlers throughout the entire All Blacks Experience. Prior to opening, we hosted trainee guide dogs, and they loved navigating the experience alongside our team!
Support Person / Carer Entry
Guests who require a support person or carer to assist them during their visit are welcome to bring one companion at no additional cost. Please inform our front desk team upon arrival to arrange this.
Planning Your Accessible Visit
We're here to ensure your visit is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Accessible Facilities
Accessible restrooms are conveniently located within the All Blacks Experience. Please speak to our team if you need assistance locating them, or require further accommodations.
Voicing Your Needs
We're here to make your visit seamless. If you have any questions or specific accessibility requirements, we'd love to chat. Communicating your needs in advance allows our team to provide the best possible support and ensure everything is ready for your arrival.
