Covid-19 Response

In response to the recent COVID-19 community case, Auckland moved to Alert Level 3 on Tuesday 21st September 2021.

This means the All Blacks Experience is temporarily closed and will reopen when Auckland moves to Alert Level 2. Once Auckland moves to alert level 2 the All Blacks Experience will operate at 50% capacity and tours will be reduced to just 13 manuhiri.

Our cleaning protocols

The All Blacks Experience follows cleaning procedures in line with COVID-19 protocols. Thorough cleaning is completed in all areas where there is contact with manuhiri and staff after each tour. Tours are staggered with ample time between each tour. Hand sanitiser stations and antibacterial wipes are provided in all areas that have touch screens. At Alert Level 2 all high touch points like screens receive anti-bacterial clean for the additional safety of our manuhiri and staff.

If you have purchased a ticket to visit the All Blacks Experience, your ticket’s/tickets' validity period will be extended.
