Covid-19 Response

In response to recent COVID-19 community cases, Auckland will move to alert level 2 on Sunday 7th of March, 2021. This means the All Blacks Experience will be open from 10am on the 7th of March and will resume normal operating hours.

Our cleaning protocols

The All Blacks Experience follows cleaning procedures in line with COVID-19 protocols. Thorough cleaning is completed in all areas where there is contact with manuhiri and staff. Hand sanitiser stations are provided in all areas that have touch screens. Several times a week the All Blacks Experience also receives a full anti-bacterial clean for the additional safety of our manuhiri and staff.

Ticket purchases

If you have purchased a ticket to visit the All Blacks Experience on Saturday 6th of March 2021, your ticket’s/tickets’ validity period will be extended by the amount of time we are unable to open.
