From Tuesday 5 April All Blacks Experience will no longer require proof of vaccination upon entry in line with the governments updated Covid-19 Protection Framework 

Please read below for the protocols and requirements for guests/manuhiri at each Level of the COVID-19 Protection Framework. 

  • All guests/manuhiri over the age of 12 years are required to wear a mask while onsite.
  • We ask all guests/manuhiri to maintain a 1m distance from others, unless you are from the same bubble.
  • Tour group sizes will be reduced to allow for social distancing and to enable us to manage the total number of people onsite at any time.

Our cleaning protocols

The All Blacks Experience follows cleaning procedures in line with COVID protocols. Thorough cleaning is completed in all areas where there is contact with manuhiri and staff after each tour. Tours are staggered with ample time between each tour. Hand sanitiser stations and antibacterial wipes are provided in all areas that have touch screens. 

Ticket purchases

If COVID related restrictions force the All Blacks Experience to close, the validity period of your ticket or gift voucher will be extended by the duration of the closure period.
