Covid-19 Response

In response to recent COVID-19 community cases, Auckland is now at alert level 3 until midnight on Wednesday 17 February. This means the All Blacks Experience is temporarily closed to manuhiri (visitors) from Monday 15 February to Wednesday 17 February 2021 (inclusive).

Our cleaning protocols

The All Blacks Experience follows cleaning procedures in line with COVID-19 protocols. Thorough cleaning is completed in all areas where there is contact with manuhiri and staff. Hand sanitiser stations are provided in all areas that have touch screens. Several times a week the All Blacks Experience also receives a full anti-bacterial clean for the additional safety of our manuhiri and staff.

Ticket purchases

If you have purchased a ticket to visit the All Blacks Experience between Monday 15 February and Wednesday 17 February 2021, your ticket’s/tickets’ validity period will be extended by the amount of time we are unable to open.
