Our cleaning protocols
The All Blacks Experience follows cleaning procedures in line with COVID protocols. Thorough cleaning is completed in all areas where there is contact with manuhiri and staff after each tour. Tours are staggered with ample time between each tour. Hand sanitiser stations and antibacterial wipes are provided in all areas that have touch screens.
Ticket purchases
If COVID related restrictions force the All Blacks Experience to close, the validity period of your ticket or gift voucher will be extended by the duration of the closure period.
